When I asked to have the re ship the part the seller asked me to confirm the part number, which I did, never got confirmation the part was being re shipped, now seller is claiming I never responded. The next morning, we instructed buyer to check tracking again, as they did update. Then, one item is delivered while the other is not. We offered a replacement from the beginning if no update. So we asked confirm which is missing. They asked how long. We answered. Tracking updated.
