    My order arrived quite fast from China to EU. I recommend this seller but you may want to email the seller first as you might receive a less % extract than ordered. There was a mix up for my order which is due to me seeing a better price but it was actually also less in % extract concentration and so I emailed and I´m sure things got confused and of course they got other customer too so they sent out something and maybe it was already packaged and ready to ship. Ebay seller respond quickly.
