Despite making promised to expedite shipment on the 16 when they were back in office it was sent via slow regular post instead of UPS OR FEDEX OR DHL though they charge for shipping. This was purchased on Aug 11 and shipped on Aug 17, with a 3 day delay. It left Japan on Aug 18. The national holidays and expected delay were communicated to you after purchase. It was sent through tracked, insured air mail, with status updates. We never claimed to ship through UPS etc. and do not offer this option. Unfortunately we cannot influence delays from postal service providers and local delays. We'll continue to be responsive for further assistance.
