They wrote back that the tariffs were the issue but at this time there were no tariffs so I thought it was all good then they cancelled the order. Ebay has become a horrible place to order from. The other almost $90 order the seller wont answer me for my return. I have lost enough money and time on this site. And there are lot of uncertainty going on about Trump Tariff, no clarity. As a general rule, import duties are paid by receiver (buyer). And in this case Buyer did not confirm if he is willing to pay import duty. So in case of no clarity, I prefer to cancel the order and refund the money to buyer.
