Motor looks good but bearimgs are too tight for motor to spin. Shell & relay are in great shape. Replaced both trucks & leads. Replaced whistle motor, cleaned shell, frame & relay. Reassembled parts & tested on track. Whistle sounds great with better parts. Maybe motor bearings can be oiled, cleaned & adjusted to work? Original Shell, relay, frame worth $ spent. Thanks
