      I debated leaving feedback, at first I thought, nah, i wont. Then I thought about it some and decided to go ahead. This was a very poorly handled sale. Seller did not say in the posting that power supply was not included. its not like a simple missing power cord, its a separate power brick. I checked the listing multiple times and no power supply was NOT mentioned. I sent it back. Seller offered to sell me a ps after I decided to send unit back.

      This buyer assumed that this SRX300 included accessories. The general rule of thumb for buying on eBay is what you see in the photos is what you get. We did not falsely advertise that this item includes accessories, in the item listing the photos very clearly depicted a Juniper SRX300 router, and nothing else. We still accepted the return and paid shipping both ways, refunding the buyer completely, yet they still felt compelled to leave a bad feedback. Marksalmon1976 is just a bad customer.
