USB headers did not work on motherboard. Seller admitted this was "China only motherboard" then started backtracking. The Z490-A PRO has 2 front USB 3.0 interfaces and 2 front USB 2.0 interfaces. We have tested them separately and both can work. However, since you did not understand our meaning, we do not know if your front USB 2.0 and 3.0 connection cables have been modified. Usually, the chassis is equipped with a USB 2.0 or 3.0 connection cable.
