The clear protective window on the box was missing, but the gel strips were still in the plastic protector though. Otherwise the box was in excellent condition. The price of the item was very good and arrived in the scheduled time frame that was quoted to me by the seller. I would recommend this seller and be happy to purchase from them again. :)
