Seller never responded to my concern. eBay had to step in to receive a refund. Seller needs to ensure the DVDs they sell are operable before listing and selling on eBay. I hope other buyers of their defective DVDs (or other products) will share their feedback to show the lack of honesty, integrity and professionalism of this eBay member/seller.
