        Hey—just checking, did you happen to see the part in the listing that mentioned: “The item comes as shown above. It is in excellent condition but will need a battery.” and also: “The unit works, but needs a new headset battery.” Both were included in the description. Have you had a chance to try replacing the battery yet? If not, please do so and let me know if it still doesn't work.
