I'm a veteran and ordered a medal from this seller. Immediately after submitting the order, I realized the address was outdated. I contacted the seller and asked them to send the item to a different address, but they said they couldn't, and sent it to the wrong address anyways without allowing me to cancel the order. Since errors were made on both sides, I offered a 1/2 refund compromise, but the seller stopped responding to my messages. I am in the process of appealing to eBay formally.

I am also a veteran. This buyer requested the shipping address be changed AFTER I marked the package shipped. When I explained that I can only ship to the address on file, he demanded a refund of everything but the shipping (80% of the proceeds of this auction go to a Veterans Charity). The postal shipping status clearly shows the package is being forwarded to his new address, and has not yet been delivered. Refunds offered with return. He's running a classic scam.
