I tried to get a return postage sent out - they were insistent on me paying or keeping the item (what for? it is the wrong size) and accepting 20% refund. In my mind the seller was at fault because there was no sizing given on the sale page and this part did fit into their specifications (ie. the type of motorbike, the model, etc). Luckily ebay got involved and helped me refund my money.
