Even though the price for the valve was very low to begin with, he took the time to answer all of my questions and even though I said I would pay full price if he didn't accept my offer, he still accepted the offer. Customer satisfaction doesn't get better than that. And to top it off, I received it in two days. If it were possible I would give 200% positive feedback. 🙂
