Item # on the outside of the box matched what I needed the actual part itself did not. When notifying the seller of this issue, he said that it was an interchangeable part for my Ford Explorer but when taking it to the Ford dealer to have it installed & programmed, they said that was not a compatible part with my Explorer. I notified the seller he willingly returned my money I had to pay ship return 😑
