The hand set did not have the cord for connection to the base of the telephone. The remote hand set was scarred and well used; in fact, the face was so scratched you can barely read what is on the screen. The manual was a stapled copy of an original manual. The box was torn in many places. The telephone was definitely not new. False advertisement. Explains no returns.
