    Cable Modem was listed as "new sealed" After multiple hours over several days, with assistance from ISP (internet service provider), unable to make any connection. ISP has many Netgear Nighthawk CM1200's in network, without any problems. Suspect modem is renewed/refurbished, not new! Effectively a $100 "brick" Very disappointing

    We were so sorry that this customer was not able to get the modem to work. However, we are unhappy that the customer did not contact us to let us know there was a problem - we would have worked with them to try to resolve the issue. We have reached out multiple times to the buyer to try to fix this, but the buyer has not responded. The modem was indeed brand new. Please note the over 1,100 other reviews for us noting that items are just as described. We try hard to be an excellent seller.
