Although it's exceptional, dealing with the seller and DHL was difficult. DHL, treated as an import company, charged an extra $120 for bonded storage. Seller said he tried to contact DHL, but had no solution. I spent hours resolving this and told DHL to return the watch. DHL finally relented and waived the bonded fees, but I should not have to spend so many hours dealing with this issue. Don't buy is my advice.
