I bought the note to put on display in my collection. The seller blamed transit but It was shipped very well protected which means it came from the seller scratched. I simply asked for a partial refund that would cover a re holder service through PMG. Seller refused. Almost $600 spent. Photos taken hide scratches on the graded holders. Buyers just expect scratches.
