And did a reading on the start capacitor to see if reading measured as “new”. The capacitance reading was 12.22 uf. And a “New” start capacitor of 12.5uf +/- 5% should at least measure its original specs is 12.5uf. The +5% is 13.125 and the -5% is 11.875, so the average reading for a “New start capacitor should at the bare minimum be of 12.5uf.
