When I confronted the seller, he was argumentative and rude about it. Tried to buy me off with a $10 partial refund instead of owning up to his mistakes. Also, applied new grease on top of old grease and hair that should have been removed first. If this is the kind of "qualified technician" you are looking for he's your guy.

I was ridiculed by my family because of how poorly this vendor does their Kodak Projector repairs. There was white lithium grease all over this unit in the wrong places and on top of the old grease that wasn't wiped off it was embarrassing to present as a gift. Tried to return and the vendor was rude and blamed me. This is not a qualified technician nor a professional.
