A vehicle is considered new if it is purchased directly from a new car franchise dealer and has not yet been registered and issued a title. New vehicles are covered by a manufacturer's new car warranty and are sold with a window sticker (also known as a “Monroney Sticker”) and a Manufacturer's Statement of Origin. These vehicles have been driven only for demonstration purposes and should be in excellent running condition with a pristine interior and exterior. See the seller's listing for full details.

- i***i (721)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseI won this auction and promptly paid deposit for the item. However, the seller unexpectedly cancelled the sale the next day, citing “out of stock or damaged.” Interestingly, the same seller has now listed the exact same item in a new auction, advertising it as new. This raises suspicions that the seller was dissatisfied with the winning bid in my auction, cancelled the sale under false pretenses, and then relisted for a second auction. Nowhere it says "deposit nonrefundable" !Reply from: ottocycle7- Feedback replied by seller ottocycle7.- Feedback replied by seller ottocycle7.Buyer did in fact win the auction and paid the deposit. Buyer did in fact back out of this agreement because, "I didn't see it was a four-door". Deposit was promptly paid back. Next time, 'experienced buyer', try not to welch on a mutual deal. No suspicions here.1956 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 (#285680838975)
