I won this auction and promptly paid deposit for the item. However, the seller unexpectedly cancelled the sale the next day, citing “out of stock or damaged.” Interestingly, the same seller has now listed the exact same item in a new auction, advertising it as new. This raises suspicions that the seller was dissatisfied with the winning bid in my auction, cancelled the sale under false pretenses, and then relisted for a second auction. Nowhere it says "deposit nonrefundable" !

Buyer did in fact win the auction and paid the deposit. Buyer did in fact back out of this agreement because, "I didn't see it was a four-door". Deposit was promptly paid back. Next time, 'experienced buyer', try not to welch on a mutual deal. No suspicions here.
