Instead this guy did was scam me (and eBay) by using a freight forwarder. A freight forwarder is a 3rd party shipping company who receives packages and then ships them out of a country. Think cargo ships, freight airplanes, that kind've stuff. This guy skirted eBay rules, bounced a server to Nicaragua, and is surprised there are issues. Yea dude, maybe don't use some cheap 3rd party to ship your stuff out of the US. Ever think of that?
