Says they do not profit on postage...but pocketed half of the shipping I paid and tried to ship it on the cheap. If they don't profit on shipping, why didn't they refund the original extra postage they kept??? Then had the nerve to request I take down the negative comment. Maybe next time they won't ignore buyer messages regarding a problem.
