The VHS or DVD box is included. The video game instructions and box are included. The teeth of disk holder are undamaged. Minimal wear on the exterior of item. No skipping on CD/DVD. No fuzzy/snowy frames on VHS tape.

The seller was good, and it took basically 14 business days to reach me. The packaging was perfect; the card was inside a larger box with plenty of bubble wrap. The price was reasonable, but I ended up paying more for the graphics card to be delivered by FedEx, which I understand was due to taxes in my country.

I use them with other Japanese Sellers and it is always a smooth, duty free delivery. DHL, like clockwork, hammered me with Import Duties of £58. This never happens with Japan Post.
