    Thanks; Arrived promptly, quality, condition, value and appearance was good; no issues there. I am suffering with shoulder and rotator cuff pain. After microwave heating bag onto the shoulder and the lavender smell is very strong, and the 'natural moisture' in the product made it feel damp to the touch. In use it provided warmth and that was what I was after. I have now put the bag on the radiator in the hope that the content will 'dry out' and reduce the lavendar smell.
