Ebay ad said "THIS IS A USED DEVICE SUBJECT TO NORMAL SIGNS OF COSMETIC WEAR AND USE(SCRATCHES, BLEMISHES, SCUFFS)". Only noticeable flaw is one fair sized dead pixel on lower screen that is visible on any colored background. It's always there but doesn't show against light colored backgrounds and for $56 this otherwise great monitor isn't worth returning.
