The brush replaced one that stolen when I was in the hospital for a month due to a car accident. I really enjoy using this style toothbrush. At one time I purchased an electric brush that rotated in a circular motion. The circular rotating brush hurt my gums so I continued using the Phillips Sonicare.

Contacte the seller, they told me ask for a refund & they would pay me back when the item was returned. They didnt offer to replace the missing item, I had to do all the work to fix their mess up! No quality control of what they shipped out & very poor customer service. Not pleased with the company,,their service or the product they supplied..
