I have never experienced any issues with Harts of Stur with prior purchases, however, on this occasion I did have to make contact with them as I received the incorrect Eddingtons Measure (Mini instead of Midi), whereupon they promptly set about issuing a replacement for the product ordered, Very happy customer!
