    Very happy with this seller and the product! First off, I appreciate that they didn't take advantage of the season like every other seller and substantially mark up the price of their pools. That's an honest and fair business! Shipping was very quick and the shipping company they used was also great! Packaging arrived in pristine condition!     The only issue was the choice of shipping company. They were terrible. We had to go pick it up from a warehouse 45 min from our home after it was listed as lost, then they changed the notice and said it was found in another state, then they corrected that statement and said it was here in NY but they had no idea on when i might be delivered so it could be picked up.
