While removing the unit from the box, a hard drive dropped to the floor and after inspecting it, I noticed a connector from the backplane was still attached to the back of the hdd. Inspecting the bay I saw that the connector spanned off of the blackplane(probably during shipping). I contacted the seller and after a whole week and 2 messages requesting assistance; not a word from the seller.
