    Radios were not packaged sufficiently to prevent damage during shipping. The antenna on one of two radios was broken at the base. They should have been in a box to prevent damage. I haven’t tried them yet to see if it still works.

    We do our best with packing for all items, not sure what happened here, could be shipping company fault or buyer fault, if the buyer is not cheerful unpacking the item it's easy to break things.
