Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed because of USPS (weather conditions) not the seller. The packaging was as good as any I have seen, and the computer is in better condition than promised. It operated perfectly as soon as I started it up. It came with a nice note from the seller promising assistance with any setup questions or problems. I would certainly do business with the seller again. Thanks!

It was packed intelligently and with care: excellent shock protection without undue bulk. (And no styrofoam!) The computer bootstrapped at once and without issues.
