Yes I paid a good price for it and it shipped pretty fast but after putting it together we noticed it did not come with the "BPA-Free Teether and Clacker Baby-Toy". I have been sending messages back and to from the seller and all they can say is used items may come with missing parts.... WHAT... Wow is all I can say.
