In overall great shape and I highly highly recommend this seller. A+. If you plan on using this fan to cool a computer you're going to need to cut and splice the wires in color accordance with the standard 4 pin motherboard PWM pinout. It's not as noisy as the generic 120mm blowers but it does produce a low pitch motor whine alongside the movement of the air. A+!
