    The description said it was Bakelite. When I got it, I tested it and it wasn’t Bakelite. I let her know and asked for a partial refund since I still love the shape. She would not allow and only offered for me to return. I never give bad reviews. This is why I have prolonged my review. I wish there was a compromise, instead, I overpaid 🙁

    The item was sold to me as Bakelite and my research indicated it was. You asked for a 48% discount based upon YOUR tests. I suggested you reject the item and begin the return process, at which point I would provide you a return shipping label and refund all of your money. You never responded to my suggestion and elected instead to keep the item (because you “love the shape”). What more could I do? Now you have given me my first ever negative feedback. Why? Because I did not give you a discount?
