    I received my Annke CCTV home security camera system today. It was boxed OK, dented but the items inside are fine. It strongly resembles my current Zosi CCTV system. I need this for a back up unit and it appears "new". I had to buy the hard drive, but knew that already. The accessories are all there plus instruction manual. Pretty good deal overall and pleased. No problems or issues with this order and overall, a positive experience.

    Unit seems to function properly after it is setup. There are a few details overlooked in the procedure. App for remote access could use a lot of work. Took a lot longer than expected. Too complicated for average user.

    DVR works as it should. Questionable packaging, but nothing was broken. I managed to revive an older hard drive with this DVR. This unit does have a rather large record icon in the upper window of every camera view. You can not move it or remove it. I wish you had that option. Maybe make it a little round dot. Would buy again.
