I contacted the seller and at first they were very responsive and promised to send a replacement shade instead of going through the refund process. I received the tracking information the very next day but now it has been over a week and the tracking info is still at the "label created" stage and they haven't responded to my emails. Overall, I really like the lamp but the customer service has been really disappointing. Beware if purchasing.
