When seller agreed to exchange, however seller requested I cancel return for refund . In order to to get exchange. Since they have received original incorrect starter, i have not gotten exchange starter or any shipping information with exchange starter. To complicate matters they have not answered any emails i have sent for this problem. The black starter is the correct one. Smaller starter is what was sent. Seller NOT recommended

I get confused and don't remember when I was checking out it your message said you wouldn't ship to a p o office box. I live in rural area but don't get my mail at my residence thus it always a challenge when ordering because of the 4 items I purchased that day 3 came to my post office box. and the post office says if I don't have box number on they will return.
