Pen was shipped in a timely manner and arrived packaged well enough to protect it. Item is as listed, but I would not say it's NOS. I did not receive the box these pens usually come in. It's my fault for being hopeful since it was not in any of the provided pictures nor did I ask the seller, but I'm still a tad disappointed. Apart from minor scratches as described it writes like a dream basically. I am happy with my purchase, but wish I had the old style of box/case this pen comes in.
