Absolutely fantastic. Every loose part that could come off and get damaged in shipping and was carefully removed and wrapped separately. The figure is in great condition. They even included batteries that, according to the manual, was not included originally. The item was shipped out quickly and via UPS, as opposed to the slower postal mail.
