I will say that they only sent me one monitor and a broken keyboard initally, but they promptly sent me the 2nd monitor and a replacement keyboard which I received within a few days. They were always there to help with setup and now that ive got everything here and hooked up, and it all works perfectly. Great prices and top notch customer service. I'll use again when I need another computer.

Not suitable for my purpose. Way, way down in the small print it happens to mention an HDMI adapter -- which could mean several things. Nowhere does it mention DVI, which is what the card really is. When I asked for a refund, the seller got very nasty, with every message more insulting than the last. Prior to replacing the battery all I had was a black screen. Now it at least shows the Dell logo briefly. In the mean time there has been ZERO response from my emails.Reply from: chipstore_us- Feedback replied by seller chipstore_us.- Feedback replied by seller chipstore_us.You sent us msg on April 28th 10.12 am. We replied at 10.13 AM asking for photos. We are still waiting for your reply for that msg.
