Buyer error: The buyer provided an incomplete address, which resulted in the delivery courier being unable to locate his address. Since the address that the buyer provided was incorrect, the courier therefore had to return the parcel back to us (the seller). Although the buyer was at fault, we offered to re-post the item as an exception without any charges to the buyer.
