New buyer. I noticed that the tracking indicates that the item had not been delivered yet and attempted to contact the buyer about 2 weeks after I had sent it. More than 2 weeks later, the buyer responded and ignored my message, incredulous that it had not yet arrived. I immediately gave them options: either wait for the item to be returned to me or I could refund them immediately. They asked for the refund and I gave it to them. I believe they may have inputted their address incorrectly.
