Seller lied about where the item was actually located, causing a delay in getting my customer's project completed. He claimed it was in Burlington New Jersey in the listing, which is why I ordered it, but it was actually somewhere in Canada, and here it is 8 days later and I still have not received it, nor has the tracking information changed for several days. I don't like being lied to, and I don't appreciate the sellers who affect my business by causing unnecessary delays.

The shipping was slow and I was upset (got over it), but other than that the item itself was extremely good. The hinges said they were possibly used but they looked brand new to me, and the install was very easy to accomplish. The seller used DHL Ecommerce shipping, which I believe ships out from China and the connects in California, but after it hit there and was transferred to USPS it was quick. Would buy from again, got my mother her laptop back in working order so she's very happy!
