Seller took forever to respond to my messages after I inquired as to why my item never shipped. After the seller did respond she claimed to have lost the item 🤷. I went with neural over negative because in the end the seller did give me a refund.

Shipping was painfully slow, vendor did reply to question on shipping with a one word answer. Stove appears to be what was advertised.

The seller destroyed a portion of the item (an intact seal on a liquor decanter) and refused to admit it despite before and after photos that make it clear. They also took the decanter apparent, and claimed that must have happened due to rough handling during shipping. It wasn’t possible to ship the object in one piece in the box it came in. See photos. They only offered to refund $5.00.
