After reaching out to the seller, they tried to help with troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue, though the responses were a bit delayed. In the end, they offered a full refund, which I appreciate. Despite the issue, I WOULD still recommend the seller due to their willingness to resolve and troubleshoot the issue.
