The seller was overloaded with the number of orders (from his explanation), that's why dispatch of the packed delayed. It takes 2-3 weeks to dispatch the parcel. But afterwards, the parcel arrived fast (2 days after dispatch). The quality of doll as expected. Some mechanical parts stucks a bit (the control gear of the eyes) but it's possible to fix it, applying a bit of force. Overall I could recommend a seller, but be prepared for dispatch delays due to overload.
