Even though I've paid the shipping cost, the seller refused to resolve the issue, citing it's due to the remote location.

USPS delayed our 4/21 overseas shipment to military personnel in Guam likely owing to a Customs issue…ie an incorrect HS (Harmonized System) Tariff Code. On 5/6 Buyer advised item expected 5/4 still not received. A few days later it still had not yet left the US so we filed a claim w/ USPS, but eBay issued a refund the same day. Many if not most eBay sellers refuse to ship internationally even though it serves to punish US military personnel. We're a seller who honors military service!
