First off, I received an older Trumpeter kit of the T-72 from 1995, that I didnt order. Second, it was damaged...the end of the box was cut off and stuffed into the box. I had to hope all the contents were there, without opening the bags in case I had to return it. Then I had to haggle to get a suitable refund.
All in all, it was a lousy experience.
I probably should have demanded more of a refund, but I just wanted it over with.
