The problem was that, on the printed delivery ticket, my apartment number ‘11’ had been split in two - showing apartment ‘1’, with the other ‘1’ digit forced to the next address line!! This is crazy!! Numbers in addresses should NEVER be split, especially between lines… Otherwise the price and quality of the goods, even the postage costs were very good
